Project Standardization Manual

The SLV Facility Management Process Manual contains all process and system relevant to our services laid down in black and white. There are specific processes to be followed, for example, while conducting a survey, deploying a new Unit, supervising a new unit, Monitoring existing units, Procedures to be followed during various crisis situations including Fire, Union unrest, Formats of registers to be used.

The project Standardization Manuals are created specific to a client, before the unit is handed over to SLV Facility Management. It would be similar to the Process Manual, except it would contain processes, systems, Standing Operating procedures, Training schedules etc specific to the client's requirements.
